first was the rugby match, then some arts appreciation, then back to the classroom, then va-va-voom. over. tadah.

jason kept asking me today whether ruggers are cool. i answered 'SOME are. but whats the definition of cool?' and that got me thinking. what's the definition of cool in rafflesians? is is not following school rules or mischief-makers? let me list down some of MY OWN criteria for rafflesians, RI students rather, to be COOL. yeah. disclaimer.

+ ankle socks
+ non-studious-looking hair
+ pants reaching the knee
+ not lame
+ not arrogant
+ poserish

uh huh thats about it. and out of all the above none breaks school rules. yay. in conclusion, RI students do not have to break school rules to be considered cool. ankle socks are allowed in RI, yay.

but wait! not over! i made up these myself, so please dont come to me and bash me up over it. heh. i know many cool people who dont fit in all the above criteria, haha. so its not definitive. examples: wee kuang doesnt wear ankle socks. siyuan's pants dont touch his knee. lennie is lame.
