monday, labour day. today was quite slack for me,as in studying. other than studying for just 1+ hours, i did about half hour of PT. not a lot, but really feeling sore already. here's the list, i didnt blog about it the last time.
1200 pushups (300)
1000 incline chinups ( 0)
500 supermans (150)
1200 squats (200)
500 steps of lunge walks ( 0)
500 burpees ( 0)
the bracketed stuff is the number i've completed. oh my sonny. this means i'm gonna have to go really hardcore after the CTs. this PT is already hardcore enough, look at that! it actually means an average of:
110 pushups
91 inclined chinups
45 supermans
110 squats
45 steps of lunge walks
45 burpees
DAILY. madness. it can kill! this means i have to spend almost 45 minutes on PT daily. not forgetting my other stuff, like the crunches, bench presses, whatever. i want a six-pac. (:
okay that's that. yesterday, i went shooting free throws. decided to shoot 50 shots, and then calculate my percentage hit. it wasn't so good. i hit 28/50 free throws. thats a 56% hit chance, not very good, considering many many NBA players have career free throw percentages of 70+ percent. at this 56% the only NBA players i beat is ben wallace and shaq.
i decided to compare mine with wee kuang's then got depressed when he told me he hit 37/50. ahahahaha. nooooo. i lost to wee kuang! by 9 shots. not that i didnt expect to win him, but the question was by how much would i lose. 9 shots is a lot, and i am going to beat 37 shots one day.
just wait and see.
anyway today is the last day i'm gonna blog until friday. my common tests start tommorow and well, i will temporarily stop blogging. this is not going to take away my mugging time. i want a gpa of 3.5!
